Hailing from Sydney, guitar pop quartet Morning TV are thrilled to share the first taste from their forthcoming EP ‘Sun’ in the form of track and video accompaniment ‘Let It Lie’ via Habit.
The track was recorded and mixed in the Blue Mountains by Tom Bamford, using the natural reverb of bathrooms and hallways to enhance the flavor of the track.
“Let It Lie is about the tension between logic and emotion, idealism and reality in friendships,” the four-piece explain. “We really enjoyed working on this song and experimenting with sounds.”
“We worked on many different drum sounds for this track but the simple drum machine beat along with the live drums in the chorus worked perfectly.”

This is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy the Under the Bridge releases led me down this road. It's unexpectedly spacious and just makes me happy! It's very hard to pick a favorite and I will not be skipping tracks as I play through this repeatedly. zq9mare1
